Holiday Spotlight

Our staffing is really starting to take shape for the season and we have a boat load of new instructors raring to go and on the cusp of getting their first classes! We have however also had several folks reduce their full time or mid-week availability and so we are a little short Monday-Friday and inparticular Mon-Fri during the two weeks of the Christmas Holiday.

Please double check your schedule from December 19th through January 3rd in RTP.  Let us know if you are “Scheduled to Work” on any days that you are not actually available, and also if you are available additional days, half days or evenings and would like to help us out during this period we would greatly appreciate it. If you would like to add days over Christmas in exchange for days later in the winter please let us know also.

If you are a Part Timer looking to switch to Full Time we may now have some openings so let us know.

Employee Handbook

The Stevens Pass Employee Handbook is updated each year and all employees are required to be familiar with the information it contains.

Company Store Open This Weekend

The moment has finally come, the Company Store is having a soft opening this weekend! The Store will be open Friday-Sunday 8am – 4pm. For those that don’t know, the Company Store (located near HR) is an employee only store that sells heavily discounted snacks, drinks, breakfast and pre-made lunch items. It is also the place where you can pick up your uniform jacket.

Uniforms and Passes

We have determined our uniform numbers and instructor jackets will be issued to all instructors with a start date prior to January 1st who are working the equivalent of one day per week (16 days or more) throughout the season. If you haven’t collected a jacket yet you may do so from HR during the open hours of the Company Store (see above)

Intermittent employees, employees starting after January 1st or those with a commitment below 16 days will check out a jacket on a daily basis from within the locker room to ensure we have as many people as possible in a jacket that fits them.

if you are unsure whether this means you will get a jacket or not simply email us and we’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience and understanding on this!

If you haven’t already picked it up your Season Pass is available from Sydney. In order to pick up your pass or have your existing one activated you will need to have completed the following:
