Employee Appreciation Week

As a thank you for all your hard work the mountain is calling this upcoming week (Jan 25-Jan 29th) Employee Appreciation Week with different events and contests each day- snow sculpture contest, raffles, doughnuts, employee night riding, even a #ThrowbackThursday contest! Info is posted in the locker room… check it out!

Your Schedule

Multi-week programs are back this weekend– make sure to double check your schedules for any updated changes. Please let us know if anything looks out of the ordinary or need to be changed.

Training Report

Multi-Week Instructors… get checked off to teach in the park. Attend the smart style clinic 2:30-3:30pm on either Saturday or Sunday and complete the Freestyle Instructor Task Book it prints out nicely as a booklet too.

Calling Out Procedure

We understand that things happen and you might need to call in sick or miss a shift. If this happens please contact us as soon as you know by either:

• Emailing snowsports@stevenspass.com or using the form on the homepage of this website to send a message

Please don’t call or email managers or supervisors individually as the message may not get to the people who really need it.

We also ask that if you do need to miss a shift, please do what you can to make that up to the team by offering an additional day or offering to come in early or stay late on a day you are scheduled. Thank you.

Return Students 

We’re moving along with our number of return student’s each day- this is something that everyone of us can make a positive impact on a student’s visit- carpet operators, cashiers, attendants, and of course instructors! We apologize that we weren’t able to get instructor’s return student bonus onto this weeks paycheck…your next paycheck will just have a bigger bonus coming!
