How do I contact the Stevens Pass Ski School?

Do I get an Epic Pass?

  • Yes, all employees of the Ski and Snowboard School will get a complimentary seasons pass as part of their benefits. This is not a full Epic Pass and does not include access to our partner resorts in Canada, Europe, or Japan.

How do I access payroll information?

All Vail Resort’s employees will be paid on a bi-weekly schedule, every other Friday. To view your distributed paycheck follow the below steps:

Log in and navigate to the My Pay tile.

**If you get locked out for some reason you will need to call IT to reset (970)-754-4357.

Once you are logged in, you will see these categories; to review your paycheck or any documents that relate to your pay you will want to select the appropriate action tab or search for support resources.

Select Pay Statements to see all previous paychecks distributed.

From this view you will see: Check amount, pay period date range for the distributed paycheck and check #. To look at specific information for a check, select the one you would like to view. This will show your paycheck summary.

What if I am having trouble with passwords?

  • Call the IT Support Center @ 970-754-4357 (U.S.) and 604-938-5500 (CAN).
  • Your Instructor.snow.com password is  and cannot be changed. Username is your 11-digit pass number
Where can I access information about employee benefits?

You can access all benefit or perk information through the Epic Employee platform by selecting the My Benefits Tile.

What happens to my season pass once i’m done working for the season?
  • If you have met your commitment and received an “Achieves Expectations” or higher on your end-of-season evaluation, and plan on returning next season, you will be placed on SIS (Seasonal Inactive Status), and your pass will be active until the end of the season.
  • Upon termination of employment, your pass, your dependent’ passes and your comp/discount coupons will be deactivated unless it is the end of the season and you have met your commitment for the season.
What should I do on my last day of work?
  • Uniforms must be returned within 3 days of your last day of work, or staff members will be charged for the cost of the uniform and become un-rehirable.
  • At the end of your scheduled commitment staff members have one week to move all personal items out of the locker room.
