Ski/Snowboard Instructor Trainer
- Pay: DOE
- Details: Full/Part-time positions
- Shift Options: Day (typically between 8:00am and 4:00pm), Evening (typically between 1:00pm and 8:00pm)
Our team of Ski and Snowboard School Trainers work to develop instructor’s skiing/riding and teaching skill-sets as they guide and outline the technical direction of the school. They’ll deliver clinics, provide feedback and support to instructors, teach lessons and assist supervisors in overseeing teaching areas on high volume days to continually assess our on-snow operations while looking for ways to enhance the overall guest experience.
These roles are reserved for our most experienced and knowledgeable coaches and various scheduling options are available.

We look for individuals who are passionate about snowsports and want to share that passion with others. The majority of our lessons are adult first-timers or children, so an empathetic, friendly, and patient personality is crucial. In the main, time management and interpersonal skills are more important than technical ability so no prior snowsports teaching experience is required to apply.
Instructors make up the bulk of our staff and we offer a range of scheduling options from holiday help to full-time.

Conveyor Lift Operator
- Pay: From $20.00/hour
- Details: Full/Part-time positions
- Shift Options: Day (typically between 8:00am and 4:00pm), Evening (typically between 1:00pm and 8:00pm)
Conveyor Lift Operators oversee the setup and operation of our surface lifts. They are in a unique position to interact with all of our newest guests and are responsible for creating a welcoming and safe learning area environment. Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment and lifting up to 25lbs unassisted, 50lbs assisted.
Support Staff
- Pay: From $20.00/hour
- Details: Part time positions
- Shift Options: Day (typically between 7:30am and 4:00pm)
Support Staff assist our Children’s lesson operations and work a combination of Indoors and On-Snow:
Support Staff help to set up the children’s teaching areas and assist instructors in all aspects of teaching youth lessons. This includes caring for children prior to their lessons starting outside, assisting with boot fitting, serving food, and administering bathroom breaks. Support staff also support the safe and welcoming environment for our youngest guests This position is open to applicants ages 14 and up. Applicants must be proactive, responsible, and enjoy working with children.
